Other issue could be badly configured ENB files, or INI files. It could be that there are either loose files in Data folder, which were not removed by disabling mods from load order. World edits, which are not subject to vanilla respawn/cell reset system. ![]() However, the main issue remains in that game can not properly do retroactive updated to baked script data, which means that uninstalling scripted mods can break the game, even after the data was "cleaned" from active world. This makes some scripted mods a bit more safe to remove. FO4 is safer than Skyrim in that regard, because there are more reliable ways to stop and clean active scripts from save files. It does not remove itself from save files, after mod is uninstalled.
